--by the time the fourth of july parade ended the light drizzle became a downpour and few people remain on main street

Class Activities:

--students write Short Narratives today
--see post on 12/6 for writing prompt.  complete narrative and hand in.
--be sure narrative is complete with Exposition, Rising Action, Climax, Falling Action, and Resolution
--and a Title! (always Title your writings!)
